Irene was simply amazing. I looked up to her and she was so good to 17 year old me. She left her mark on me and I am grateful to have known her if only a for a brief time. She taught me to embrace life, love and laughter. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Irene was a special aunt and I will miss her dearly. Her personality and wit were among my favorite memories of her. I'm so glad she was a part of our lives and that we had a relationship even though we were miles apart. She will be missed. God Bless and much love to all, Carolyn and Jeff Shearer
