Virginia "Ginger" Moses

Virginia “Ginger” Moses, age 59, of Vickery, passed away Thursday afternoon, March 3, 2022, in her residence.

She was born February 18, 1963, in Sandusky, to the late Donald N. and Virginia M. (Grathwol) McKillips.  Ginger met her husband, Thomas, at Sandusky High School; where she graduated from in 1981, and they became high school sweethearts.  They just celebrated 40 years of marriage on September 19th. She loved spending time with her family, fishing, Cleveland Browns football, cooking, and watching her grandkids play sports; she loved helping anyone she could. 

She is survived by her husband Harry “Tom” Moses Jr., Vickery, son Nicholas (Heather) Moses, Vickery; grandchildren Zachary and Autumn Moses, Bellevue; sisters Julie (Charlie) Buchholz, Huron, Cindi (Dave) Boggs, Castalia, and Vicki (Mike) Chamberlain, Sandusky; brothers Don (Linda) McKillips, Castalia, Allan (Jill) McKillips, Sandusky, Keith (Sue) McKillips, Sandusky, Bill (Suzanne) McKillips, Sandusky, and Rob (Jenny) McKillips, Norwalk; mother and father in-law Lois and Tom Moses Sr., Castalia; sister in-law Charlene (Rex) Stierhoff, Castalia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

In addition to her parents, Ginger is preceded in death by her sister Debra Chapman in 2019.

Friends may call Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 1 PM until time of funeral services at 5 PM, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Pastor Bill Wiswell will officiate.
