Randy Fredrick Obituary

Randy Allen Fredrick, 55 passed away unexpectedly Sunday night May 1, 2022. Randy was the eldest son to Daniel and Janice (Bash) Fredrick.

Randy was born on July 21, 1966 in Sandusky, Ohio and was a proud graduate of Margaretta High School as well as a veteran of the United States air force and an employee of JBT for 37 years.

Randy shared the last 14 years of his life with his best friend and love of his life Jennifer Kuns. Together they blended their family raising his son Bryce, daughter Breanne, along with her daughter Rockell.

Randy was a selfless and amazing man with a heart like no other. He was the best “PAPA” to his grandchildren and loving partner, father, and step-father. He was a friend to everyone he met, whether it was a smile, a handshake or hug, Randy just had a way...

In his spare time Randy enjoyed spending time in his “man cave” watching sports or just enjoying time with friends and family. If he wasn’t in his “man cave” he would be working in his yard or doing odds and ends around the house. He also enjoyed coaching alongside his step-daughter with AAU basketball. His children were his life and he loved his grandkids so much.

For the past 14 years, whenever you'd walk around the town and see Randy, whether it was his own children and their friends, Randy was known as Randal. It was just his nickname given to him that fit his amazing and outgoing personality. He always saw the good in everything, and always made sure to tell those who succeed how proud he was of them.

Randy was blessed with a loving family and survived by his fiancé Jennifer Klepper Kuns of 14 years and 3 children, Bryce (Kyleigh) Fredrick), Breanna (Cody Koselke) Fredrick, Rockell Kuns. 4 grandchildren Luca Fredick, Seven Koselke, Luke Kuns, Payton Kuns whom he loved dearly, along with his parents and 1 sibling Tim (Rana) Fredrick.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Robert and Dorothy Fredrick; his maternal grandparents Joseph and Gladys Bash; uncle Larry Fredrick; mother-in-law Roberta Klepper; and cousin Rob Ferrell.

Randy’s contagious laugh, smile, and loving presence will be missed dearly by those who knew him. Randy had such a powerful impact on many individuals. He was a respected leader and offered many words of wisdom. Randy was such a respected, humble, and kind person. He was truly one of a kind, and will forever be in our hearts.
