David C. Pfeiffer

David Carl Pfeiffer, 72, of Vickery, Ohio, passed away on September 5, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 26, 1952, the son of Charles L. and Marian J. (Beier) Pfeiffer.  David was a 1971 graduate of Margaretta High School and worked for Sandusky Dressed Beef, and then UPS until his retirement.  In addition to his full time job, he also enjoyed farming on the family farm for over forty years. He married Jane Riedy on February 14, 1998, and she preceded him in death in 2000. He is survived by his mother, son Adam (Amanda) Pfeiffer, Marshfield, Wisconsin, grandchildren Aurelia and Ryker Pfeiffer. Brothers:  James (Julie) Pfeiffer, Medina, Robert (Peg) Pfeiffer, Bellevue, Paul Pfeiffer,  Penn Valley, CA, and Joseph (Beth) Pfeiffer, Castalia. Sisters: Kathy Burkin, Clyde, and Mary Pfeiffer, Sandusky. He was preceded in death by his father, his stepfather Eugene Mariotti, brother-in-law John Burkin, and step grandson Dylan Riedy. There will be no visitation.  A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date in the fall.
