Charlene Karabatsos

Charlene D. Karabatsos, 77, formerly of Barberton, OH, died Friday, December 26, 2025, in the Willows of Bellevue.

She was born Sept. 3, 1948, in Barberton, OH, and was a 1966 graduate of Barberton High School. She was a 35 year employee of Babcock and Wilcox.

Charlene is survived by her daughter Mollie (Brandon) Biehl of Castalia; her son Nick (Kristen) Karabatsos of Naperville, IL; 4 grandchildren Cole Biehl, Alayna Biehl, Kaden Kraemer, and Hudson Karabatsos; and several special Nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Martha Robinson; and brother Don Smith.

At the request of Charlene, there will be no service. Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of arrangements The family would like to thank the staff at the Willows for their loving care during her stay at the nursing home.
