Carol J. Chesser

Carol J. Chesser, age 82, of Willard, passed away Monday afternoon August 12, 2024, at the Embassy of Willard Nursing Home, Willard, following a brief illness.

She was born February 11, 1942, in Coshocton, OH and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1960.  Carol was a homemaker and free babysitter for all her 15 grandchildren and great grandchildren, she would also give anyone a ride day or night. She enjoyed playing BINGO and gambling and loved spending time with her family; especially watching WWE with her special grandson Xavier. 

She is survived by her daughters Darla Chesser and Amber (William) Barnett; sons Donald Chesser, Edward (Debbie) Chesser, Terry (Paula) Chesser, and Thomas Campbell Jr.; 15 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; and brother John Whyde.

Carol was preceded in death by her 1st husband Charles “Ed” Chesser; 2nd husband Thomas Campbell Sr.; parents Donald and Darlene Whyde; sister Judy Evans; and granddaughter Melissa Chesser.
