Anna Mae Wiegel, age 84, of Crystal Rock, passed away unexpectedly Monday afternoon, July 26, 2021, in her residence.
She was born March 25, 1937, in East Fultonham, OH, and attended Sandusky High School. She worked for Foodtown Grocery store for over 30 years as a meat wrapper. Anna loved to spend time with her family and taking trips with her sisters. She also enjoyed doing puzzles, photo collages, and other various activities on her computer.
She is survived by daughter Linda Kammer, Sandusky; son David (Christina) Wiegel, North Fairfield; grandchildren Jillian Harp, Carolyn (Kenneth Golliver) Kammer, Jeystin (Dawn Freeman) Wiegel, Brandon (Jenny) Wiegel, Ryan (Jordan) Wiegel, and Mike Kammer; two step grandchildren Robert (Barb Thurston) Ritchey and Victoria (Nate) Delamater; three sisters Sandy Roeser, Terri (Mike) Esposito, and Susan Didion; along with great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband Brace Wiegel; and parents Wilford and Norma (Pigg) Deaver and son-in-law Mark Kammer.
Friends may call from 10 AM until time of services at 12 Noon, Friday, July 30, 2021, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Pastor Mark Roeser will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
