Tami Rapp, 49, of Sandusky, died Thurs. Aug. 15, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.

She was born Aug. 13, 1970, in Sandusky, was a Sandusky High School graduate, and was employed by Goodwill. She loved going to Pennsylvania, and taking trips with her mother and her dog Kasey.

Tami is survived by her mother Linda Houlett of Sandusky; brother Frank (Tracey) Rapp of Ashville, NC; brother Mark (Jennifer Ruffing) Rapp of Bellevue; second mom and dad Darlene and Frank Lowery of Sandusky; sister-in-law Terri Rapp of Attica; uncles Bill and Gary Houlett; cousins Kim (Dana) Ruffing and William Raymond (Rusty) Houlett; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Frank Rapp; her grandparents Bill and Rose Houlett; and aunt Carol Houlett.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 pm, Mon. Aug. 19, 2019, in Zion Lutheran Church, 503 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. The Rev. Dr. Eric Bodenstab will officiate. A luncheon in the church will follow the service. Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of arrangements.
