Susanne Kay Lewis, 72, of Castalia, died Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in Fisher Titus Medical Center, Norwalk, following a lengthy illness.

She was born January 10, 1950, in Bucyrus, OH, was a graduate of Lakeside High School, and received a bachelor's degree in social economics from Firelands College. She was an ombudsman with Serving our Seniors and a supervisor with Georgia Pacific.  She was a member of Wayside Temple in Castalia.

Susanne is survived by her brother Raymond "Earlene" Marsh of Mentor, OH, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Luther Lewis in 2000, her parents, and half sister Betty Garvin.

Friends may call from 11:00 am Monday, May 9, until time of services at 12 noon at the Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Avenue, Castalia. Pastor Rusty Yost will officiate and burial will be Sand Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wayside Temple.
