Scott A. Fox, age 46, of Sandusky, died Monday morning, May 22, 2017, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness.

He was born January 20, 1971, in Sandusky, and graduated from Sandusky High School in 1989.  Scott was a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker and worked for SCS Gearbox, Bellevue.  He was an avid drag racer and loved the tractor pulls.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca (Schoewe) Fox; daughter Allyson Fox; son Joshua (Kayla) Fox; mother Debra (Darreld) Lewis; three grand children Skyler, Rori, and Emma Fox; and step sister Darrah (Barry) Latham.

Scott was preceded in death by his son Rayce Fox; and grandparents Carl and Margaret Fox.

Friends may call from 5-8 PM, Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at the Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, where funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 25, at 12 noon.  Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
