Ronald "Mack" McCreery, 79, of Sandusky, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.

He was born July 28, 1943, in Sandusky, and was a 1961 graduate of Margaretta High School, a 40 year employee of Ford Motor Co. and a proud US Navy Veteran.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 83. He loved riding his Harley, watching old movies, NASCAR and sprint car races, and hanging out at Strokers Performance Cycles. Mack was elected into the Margaretta High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012, and was an avid supporter of Margaretta Sports, especially girls basketball.

Mack is survived by 3 daughters Lisa "John" Kennedy, Andrea "Andy" Widman, and Aimee "Bob Gorby" Sloan all of Sandusky; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several cousins; and good friends Dennis (Princetta) Farmer and Georgette (Tim) McCullough.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Veronica McCreery; and brother William McCreery.
