Raymond M. Pryor, age 81, of Sandusky, passed away Saturday evening, October 15, 2022, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.

He was born December 30, 1940, in Akron, and graduated from Garfield High School.  Raymond proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1970.  He worked for Firestone Tire and Rubber in Akron for 14 years, and General Motors for 28 years, retiring in 2005.  Raymond was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Akron, and was a life member of the American Legion.  He enjoyed spending time with grandkids, watching sports, fishing and hunting, and going to the Sidetrax Bar and Grill, Sandusky.

He is survived by his wife Leanna (Walton) Pryor, whom he married on May 9, 2006; step daughters Tasha (Alex Spears) Gama, and Jessica (Devin) Conrad; step sons Ronald (Jodie Guseman) Reiman, and Justin (Lori Collins) Reiman; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother Charles Pryor; sister in-law Sandy Pryor; and several nieces and nephews.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Kathrine (Allrutz) Pryor; and brother Thomas Pryor.
