Patricia A. Croxton, age 86, long time resident of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.

She was born July 17, 1930, in Norwalk, OH.  Patricia lived a full life, doing the things she wanted to, following her passions and living her way.  An accomplished artist, her paintings have been on display at Sandusky Artisans Gallery.  She was multi-talented with an abundance of creativity, loved artwork and other crafts, crocheting, nature, fishing, music and good food.

For those closest to Patricia, her wonderful & quirky sense of humor, warmheartedness and wisdom were just a few of her most endearing qualities.  Patricia is survived by her four children, Sandra Burke (Husband, Jack), Thomas Cruse, Jon Cruse, and Cathy Cruse.  Also, her three grandchildren, Chrissy, Julie and Tommy (Wife, Melodie).  As well as seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ghale Croxton.

Friends may call Sunday, January 22, 2017, from 1 PM until time of services at 3 PM at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Burial will be on Monday at Sand Hill Cemetery
