Marla M. (Sims) Midkiff, age 54, of Bay View, passed away Thursday evening, September 29, 2022, at Stein Hospice Services, Sandusky, following a brief illness.

She was born May 18, 1968, in Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1986.  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sandusky.  Marla loved unicorns and had a large collection of them; she enjoyed watching NASCAR and going shopping.

She is survived by her daughter Rikki Burras; parents Forest and Sharon Sims; two brothers Mark and Mike Sims; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of the arrangements.
