Louise K. Ash, age 94, of Milan, passed away peacefully Saturday night, January 13, 2024, at the Norwalk Memorial Home, Norwalk.

She was born December 18, 1929, in Prichard W.V., to Allen and Ada (Hall) Burris.  She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and playing guitar while listening to county music.

She is survived by her daughter Debra (Ash) Fleming, Huron; son John (Sharon) Ash Jr., Milan; four grandchildren Christine, Michael, Joshua, and Ethan; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband John E. Ash Sr.; son in-law Bernard Fleming; three sisters; and five brothers.

Friends may call from 8:30 AM until time of services at 10:30 AM Saturday January 20, 2024, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Pastor Kathleen Suggitt will officiate.  Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
