Kathryn Myerholtz, 83, of Castalia, died Wednesday, July 22, 2020, in the Providence Care Center, Sandusky.

She was born March 8, 1937, in Clyde, OH.  She was co owner of the Blue Hole Honey Farm in Castalia, and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

Kathryn is survived by 3 sons Clinton Myerholtz, Gregory "Patricia" Myerholtz, and Fred "Cathy" Myerholtz; 4 grandchildren Joshua, Amber, Miranda, and Ryan; 1 great grandchild; 2 step grandchildren Aaron and Michael; and 5 step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin in December of 2019; son Jonathon Myerholtz; parents Vendol and Ivey Knepper; sister Mary Jo Oleary; and a brother Max Knepper.

Friends may call from 10 AM Monday, July 27, 2020, until time of services at 12 noon at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. The Rev. Kathleen Suggitt will officiate. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm Monday in the Limestone Cemetery, Benton Township. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, face masks must be worn and social distancing will be in force.
