Judy (Whyde) Wolfe's Obituary

Judy E. (Whyde) Wolfe, 74, of Sandusky, died Monday, December 14, 2020, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, after a short illness.

She was born Nov. 6, 1946 in Coshocton, OH and was a 1965 graduate of Margaretta High School. She was employed by General Electric until closing, and then was manager of the Cedar Lane RV Park in Port Clinton.

Judy loved bingo and casino trips, and going to get togethers with her cousins in Coshocton. She was an avid fisherman with her husband, until a tragic accident in 1999 killed him. After 51 years, her son David found his birth mother and he survives.

She is survived by 2 daughters Kristine (William) Webster of Castalia, and Connie (James) Haskins of Cleveland; one son David (Shannon) Schmidt of Vermilion; 7 grandchildren Brandy, Megan, Rick, Gretchen, Cody, Darrick, and Cheyanne; 9 great grandchildren Ella, Quinten, Neveah, Audrey, Torre, Riley,  Dominic, Noah and Natalia; sister Carol Chesser; brother John Whyde, Sr.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Judy was preceded in death by her first husband Marlin Richard Evans; her second husband Donald Wolfe in 1999; sister-in-law Margaret Whyde; and brother-in-law Thomas Campbell.
