Jamie Lee Wilburn, age 44, of Sandusky, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, January 28, 2017, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.

He was born June 29, 1972, in Sandusky, and graduated from Sandusky High School in 1990.  Jamie worked for Imagine Bakery in Sandusky and loved all sports, especially football.  He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Michigan Wolverines.

He is survived by his father James (Kim) Wilburn; mother Robin Malcolm; daughter Ashley Marie Wilburn; two grandchildren Tristen and Naydia; three sisters Nickole Jarrett, Monica Riggle, and Erica Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

Jamie was preceded in death by his brother David James Wilburn; paternal grandparents Thomas Lee and Myrtle (Ausmus) Wilburn; maternal grandparents John Malcolm and Teddy Fleitz.

Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
