Jamie M. Artrip, age 37, of Castalia, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, March 1, 2024, after courageously battling a long illness.

Jamie leaves behind two beautiful children, Eli and Bella Sanchez, and a wonderful mother, Georgia (Fields) Artrip.  Jamie was a loving mother and daughter known for her vibrant spirit and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.  She was a member of the Sandhill Freewill Baptist Church on Mason Rd., of Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 2004.

She was preceded in death by her father Bruce Artrip; brother in infancy Dougie Artrip; maternal grandparents Joe and Dorothy Fields; and paternal grandparents Lucian and Goldie Artrip.

Friends and family may call from 4-8 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 7, at Sandhill Freewill Baptist Church, 7703 Mason Rd., Sandusky, at 11 AM.  Pastor Garry Sorrell Jr. and Josh Sorrell will officiate.  Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery.
