MAYFIELD GRETCHEN MAYFIELD, 72, passed away Saturday morning, February 28, 2015 in her apartment following a lengthy illness. Gretchen was born in Sandusky and lived most of her life in the Cleveland area where she was an avid Browns and Indians fan. Her professional life included many years in the executive offices at IMG until the passing of its founder; The Cleveland Clinic; and Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. She is survived by brothers, Craig Mix of Madison, OH., Timothy Mix of Fort Lauderdale, FL., and Brian Mix of Honolulu, HI.; nine nieces and nephews; and eight grandnieces and nephews. Gretchen was preceded in death by her parents Ralph (1994), Irma (2012) Mix; and a brother, Michael Mix (2010). CALLING HOUR FOR GRETCHEN WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 2015 AT 10 A.M.
