Dolores "Dee" Bohn, age 86, of Castalia, passed away Tuesday afternoon, May 9, 2023, at her residence, following a lengthy illness.

She was born April 19, 1937, in Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1957.  She worked for JC Penny for many years before working as a bank teller for First National Bank, Bellevue, and Castalia Bank.  Dee was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Castalia; and she loved working out in her yard and mowing grass.

She is survived by her daughter Amy (James) Green, Castalia; son Randal Bohn, Castalia; grandchildren Josh (Brooke) Dauch, Sadie and Abbey Bohn, Hannah and Hailey Green; great grandchildren Maddie, Emma, Konner, Mason, Kendall, and Charlie; brother Frank (Sandy) Protzman; many nieces and nephews; sister in-law Betty Bohn; and brother in-law Max (Patty) Bohn.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband George Bohn; parents Daniel and Elsie (Hennis) Protzman; brother and sister in-law Daniel and Patricia Protzman; nephews Frank and Toby Protzman; sister in-law Patricia (Duane) Gardner; brothers in-law Jack (Virginia) Bohn, and William Bohn.

Friends may call Monday, May 15, 2023, from 5-8 PM at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, and from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Grace Lutheran Church, 203 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Rev. Kathleen Suggitt will officiate.  Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
