Debora A. Moltz, age 66, of Sandusky, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Providence Care Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness.

She was born April 12, 1957, in Port Clinton, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1975.  Debora was a self-employed house keeper for many years and enjoyed gardening and being outdoors in nature.  She was a member of the Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, Sandusky, and was a huge animal lover.

She is survived by her two daughters Lisa (Dan) LeMasters, and Laura Bodi; grandchildren Allison LeMasters, Avery LeMasters, Liam Foster, Brinley Bodi, Savanna Bodi, and Lillian Bodi; mother Betty (Mefferd) Moltz; four sisters Donna (Thomas) Otto, Diane Peltier, Denise (Tim) Grundler, and Dorene (Scott) Damschroder; many nieces and nephews; and all her clients that she cleaned houses for who felt like family to her.

Debora was preceded in death by her father Donald Moltz, brother in-law Barry Peltier, and both paternal and maternal grandparents.

A celebration of life will be Friday, April 12, 2024, from 10 AM until time of memorial service starting at 12:30 PM at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia.  Cora Freeh will officiate and burial will follow at Castalia Cemetery.
