Charles O. McCoy, 76, of Norwalk formerly of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at his residence. He was born October 20, 1939 in Toledo and lived in Norwalk the past 8 years before moving from Sandusky. He was self-employed and enjoyed helping others. He enjoyed the library, fishing, traveling, and being with his friends. He was always willing to help someone else. He is survived by his son, Charles Roy Hart of Tennesee; his sister, Betty Fecik of Crystal Rock; a brother, James McCoy of Louisiana; and nieces and nephews.
