TIFFIN – Tami L. Fuchs, 47, of Kansas, OH, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019 after a brief illness at Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital.
She was born October 23, 1971 in Sandusky to Mike and Alverta “Birdy” Luma. She attended Margaretta High School and graduated from Sandusky High School and The Ohio Business College.
Tami enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed playing with her dog, Storm. She worked as a nurses’ aid at Orchard Grove.
She is survived by her daughter Chelsie Fuchs of Brander; 4 grandchildren; parents, Mike and Alverta “Birdy” Luma of Castalia; brother, Michael (Susan) Luma of Castalia; sisters, Michelle (Mike) Cousino of North Ridgeville, and Kelly (Steven) Luma of Monroeville; several nieces and nephews; and her partner, Dave Stevenson of Kansas, OH.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fuchs of Bellevue; her paternal grandparents, Bernard and Patricia Luma of Sandusky; and her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Joyce Modic of Huron.
Friends may call Tuesday, April 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St, Castalia.
A private family burial will take place at a later date.
