Paul E. Hahn, age 80, of Sandusky, died Friday afternoon, July 12, 2019, at the Rehabilitation Center of the Providence Care Center, Sandusky, following a year long battle with cancer.
He was born June 1, 1939, in Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1956. Paul served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Sandusky. He worked as a machinist for Sandusky International, retiring in 1998. Paul loved to hunt and fish; and was an avid waterfowl-er; he also loved to archery hunt for deer. He enjoyed woodworking and making concrete sculptures. Paul was a life member of ISMA, and a member of Ducks Unlimited.
He is survived by wife Linda (Jenkins) Hahn; two sons Jeffrey Hahn and Scott (Kellie) Hahn; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog "Mollie".
Paul was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Rosella (Cutcher) Hahn, one brother, and two sisters.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of the arrangements.
