BELLEVIEW, FL. — Nicole Marie Ealy Boles, age 40, of Belleview, FL and formerly of Bellevue and Sandusky, died Monday, February 1, 2016, at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, FL, after a brief illness.

She was born July 11, 1975, in Sandusky, and graduated from Bellevue High School in 1993. She moved to Belleview, FL, where she received her LPN license in 2012 and worked as a nurse for four years. Nicole was married to Ben Boles for 21 years and had three children. She loved to spend time with her kids and take them to their sporting events, where she was known as "Mom Boles" to the Rattler Wrestlers.

She is survived by her husband Benjamin Boles; daughter Chelsea (Eddie) Boles; sons Benjamin Austin Boles and Gavin Thomas Boles; mother Tina (Gary) Layton; grandparents Betty and Lester Ealy; mother in-law Carol Boles; brothers Jeremiah (Judy) Calderon and Joshua "Buddy" (Veronica) Calderon; uncle Dennis (Truetta) Ealy; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends were received on Monday, Feb. 8, at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St. in Castalia. Rev. Jim Gregory officiated and burial followed the service in Castalia Cemetery.
